Technical Project Manager · AI, Healthcare & Logistics

I take AI, healthcare, and logistics initiatives from scope to delivery. Comfortable running the Jira board one hour and presenting budget status to executives the next - keeping delivery schedules, cost, and risk in check across cross-functional teams. The proof: a $500K+ product portfolio for a 12-person team with zero resource-driven schedule slips, and rebuilt sprint processes that lifted delivery predictability by 25%.

My Story

From The Machine Floor To The Boardroom

I started out fixing heavy machinery. I ended up fixing how work flows - because in shipping, manufacturing, and software alike, the bottleneck is almost never the machine. It's the handoff.

As an engineering intern, I watched overhaul schedules slip not because the work was hard, but because parts arrived late and documents weren't coordinated. I realized that processes fail where teams, data, and decisions meet - and that the bigger the operation, the bigger the coordination cost.

That's what drew me out of engineering and into project and operations management: the chance to fix the flow of work, not just the equipment.

So my work answers three questions in sequence: What are we delivering? (scope and plan), What does it cost? (budget and resources), and Who is accountable, and when is it done? (governance and delivery).

"Strategy decides what matters; delivery decides what gets done. I make the two agree."

Across healthcare, logistics, and software, the method is the same: align, measure, deliver. Whether it's a hospital's capital allocation, a logistics network's cycle times, or a platform's sprint backlog - I own the outcome, not just the plan.

Case Studies

Where The Industry Defaults, I Answer Differently

Each study applies the same test: what does the industry default to, what do I do instead, and what does that change for the business?

Platform Delivery

Ownership, Not Task Management

Industry Standard

Projects are managed as task lists - tickets tracked, deadlines chased, and the outcome owned by no one in particular. Delivery is measured by activity, not results.

Adithya's Approach

I owned the AI product platform end-to-end - product, engineering, budget, and governance on one plan. The result: a $500K+ portfolio delivered with +25% sprint predictability and -15% scope creep.

Agile Delivery & Jira

Delivery That Is Predictable, Not Busy

Industry Standard

Jira is used as a logging tool - stories entered, boards populated, velocity reported without anyone changing how work is planned. Sprints end busy but unpredictable.

Adithya's Approach

I administered epics, backlogs, and velocity as a planning instrument - using the data to re-plan, not just report. Sprint delivery predictability improved by 25%.

Operations Transformation

Cycle Times Cut 30% By Design

Industry Standard

Operations teams run the day-to-day and react to delays when they surface. Continuous improvement happens when someone finds the time.

Adithya's Approach

I embedded Lean and value stream mapping into the workflow itself - mapping the flow, eliminating bottlenecks, and automating what repeated. Port clearance delays and cycle times fell 30%, scaling service for 50+ enterprise clients.

Strategy & Business Case

Strategy That Moves Capital

Industry Standard

Strategy teams produce decks and reports that inform - and are filed away. Analysis is rigorous but disconnected from the decision.

Adithya's Approach

I turned analysis into decisions - board materials and financial business models that directly shaped capital allocation at a tier-1 hospital, while operational analysis cut overhead.

Governance & Stakeholders

Governed Delivery, Not Controlled Chaos

Industry Standard

Governance is paperwork - documents exist because process demands them, and scope changes slip through because no one owns the gate.

Adithya's Approach

I built risk logs, dependency matrices, and change request frameworks that functioned as a control system - cutting scope creep by 15% and giving stakeholders one source of truth.
